Course Description

ACG's-ISO 9001:2015 Overview teaches a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and how the requirements impact the day-to-day operations of organizations in any industry. An experienced instructor will explain the clauses in detail, teach quality management principles, and third party audit expectations. Students learn by participating in group discussions.

Prerequisites

Participants will need to review the ISO 9001:2015 standard and keep it readily available for quick reference during the presentations.

 

NOTE: Copies of the standards are not included in the class fee.

A competency exam will be presented at the end of the course. A Certificate of Competency will be provided for participants who pass the test. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided to those who do not pass the competency exam.
